Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & issues

Storevine is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@storevine.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

International orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
